Here it is:
5 x 700m - Goal time is 800m race time (e.g. AJ 2:00, Kenny 2:12?, Thunder & Joe 2:30.  This means you run 700m in the time that it takes you to race 800m.  It does not mean run 800m race pace for 700m!
You may take 3-4 min recovery between each interval.
Have fun!
And don't forget the weekend is one day off, one day with tempo work, as discussed.
