Happy Birthday, Coach Lyons's Father!

Yes, the old man celebrated our victory over Hilton by having a birthday today, since he was unable to make it to town for Vanzo's birthday yesterday.

That was a great team win yesterday. The wins in the 1600 and 3200 were big, in allowing us to only need one relay win to clinch. Not that I have any doubt that we would have won the 4x800 with the meet on the line.
