Well, thanks to the wonderful transportation department, we started our next phase of training a week early. I noticed that Sutherland and Rush Henrietta each had no trouble getting two buses to Mendon West.
Anyway, we'll have to see what we can do to make up for the lost hills, and we'll talk about the course, since I got to run it, at least (and we have run it each of the past two years).
Our next phase is the most intense phase of the season, and will quickly get us ready to run strong for the full 5K. I'm looking forward to the improvement we should see in the third mile over the next few weeks.
