The Weekend

I heard some good things about Saturday's meet at Batavia. I haven't seen complete results, but for a bunch of rookies, I heard the performance was quite good. I will point out that I have no intention of starting a Webster Distance Walkers blog.

Here is the web site with the Olympic Trials results, so you can check them out. The REAL Boston Marathon starts at noon today, and it looks like it will be a warm one.

The Rochester Orienteering Club hosted the US Middle Distance Championships on Saturday at Letchworth State Park and the US Relay Championships on Sunday at Mendon Ponds Park. The results from those events are here. Rochester won eight medals on Saturday, 3 by Nate and his brothers.
