Val had a solid performance at the NY Federation Championships on Saturday, earning a 14th place finish in 19:03, which is apparently the 12th best Section V time on the course!
A larger portion of the team returns to the same course on Saturday, for the Nike Cross National qualifier for New York (the Northeast region also holds their qualifier on the same course).
The start lists for the NY Championship races on Saturday are available at Milesplit. For the girls, only 2 of the top 39 speed-ratings are not attending: Katie Lembo (going to Foot Locker) and Megan Reilly of Warwick (presumably headed to Van Cortland Park as well).
