Invasion

Opening day of track practice led to an alumni sighting.  Nico '10, Steve '10, AJ '11, Geoff '11 and Adrian '11 stopped by Schroeder during their run and even threw down come quick 200s in between our tempo sessions. That makes me realize that I have not done any "where are they now" postings in a while (well, except for the Brycen '10 update yesterday), so I'll plan on interspersing some updates over the course of the track season.

Yesterday, we worked on our Tempo pace, using the track to ensure we found the right pace, then going off the track to practice maintaining that same speed without distance measurements.  Here is a link to a previous blog posting that says a little more about Tempo runs.
