Congrats to the boys for capturing 2nd place overall, behind an awesome McQuaid team. Our boys averaged almost 2 minutes faster than last year at this race (for the 8 that ran both years). Having run against R-H and McQuaid in the same week, I think it's safe to say it will be an epic battle if they meet at the McQuaid invite in two weeks. McQuaid has the incredible 1-2 punch, with their 3-4-5 pack just under a minute back, while R-H all finish close (14 seconds 1-4 at West Seneca today, with Colby and Nick back just a bit).
And what can we say about the girls? 18th place at the Cougar Invite last year; 4th place this year! Annelise, Alaina and Sarah all had major breakthroughs.
