Friday's Meet

So, we're in the middle of a long week of training, with no dual meet this week. And we'll be booted off the track early again today, since Thomas has a home track meet. So, today's workout will have to be short and focused.

Looking ahead to the Marion invitational on Friday, let's hope the rain in the forecast doesn't materialize, or at least avoids the 5-10pm time window. The temperatures should be cool enough to provide optimal conditions for the distance runners to knock out some County and/or Sectional qualifying times. So, let's be ready!
