Those of you not going to the meet on Friday, can get together for a quick workout after school. Here is the plan:
12 min w/up
4 x 200m between 800m and 1600m race pace, start every 2 minutes
3 x 800m tempo pace (30 seconds between each, jog 400m after finishing the last one)
4 x 200m just as fast as the first set.
12 min w/dn
Have fun!
45-60 minutes on Saturday, then you can take Sunday off. Monday will be easy, of course, since we have Thomas on Tuesday.
